David SiddleBA (Hons), PhD, FASSA
As an academic psychologist, David Siddle worked in universities in England, Canada and Australia. He became Dean, Postgraduate Studies at the University of Queensland in 1993 and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of Sydney in 1997. He served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of Queensland from 2001 to 2009 where he was responsible for the development and implementation of policy designed to enhance the university’s performance in research and research training. He has served as a Board member for many Cooperative Research Centres, was a Director of the Australian Synchrotron Company and from 2011 to 2014 and served as a member of the Higher Education Standards Panel. He is currently Chair of the National Imaging Facility and the Chair of Brisbane Diamantina Health Partners. Member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Director since September 2014. Appointed Deputy Chair August 2016.
